BMW’ s eagerly anticipated SUV, the 2018 BMW X4 will go through a lot of changes after the launch of the new generation X3 version. Here are some of the secret shots of the X4.

The photos show a much more modern look compared to previous versions with much smoother and aggressive stance and profile. BMW’s toned the curves and sharp edges of the current model to improve the overall athleticism of the 2018 X4. Additional changes include new kidney grilles that better match the look of the headlamps. A new tailgate with the classic BMW medallion logo and the license plate has been moved lower on the back of the X4.
BMW is also working on a new generation X3 which will be much lighter by up to 100 kilograms which should substantially improve the driving experience. In addition, BMW’s design team has increased the length of the X3 body to provide passengers more room. We anticipate these changes to also make their way to the X4 platform.

It’s rumored that BMW will include plug-in hybrid technology as well as a 2-liter, 4-cylinder engine in both X3 and X4 platforms.
